When will I receive my clothing order?
Clothing and apparel orders ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise specified, packages are shipped via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2-9 days. Please note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for service transit time.

Why does a clothing item appear to be discolored/spotted in some photos?
This is a common occurrence due to camera and lighting equipment. Please be aware that any spots or discolorations that you may notice are on the photo only and not on the clothing item itself. If an item is flawed or damaged we will clearly note it in the item description.

I think you made a mistake on my order. What do I do?
As much as we try to be perfect, mistakes do happen. In the event we have made an error by shipping a product other than what you purchased, please contact us within 24-hours of receipt for resolution.

Do I have to give you my real e-mail address?
We understand your concern. However, we do require that our customers use a valid e-mail address. In order to proceed properly with a transaction it is essential that we are able to communicate. We will never send spam and we will never share, rent or sell your personal information. We are not in that line of business, nor do we condone it. Should you still have concerns, we urge you to set up a free 'throwaway' e-mail account (google, yahoo, etc) to conduct your online purchases.

Why does the photo look different than the stated color?
Colors may differ due to differences in lighting, fabric textures and your computer settings. We try to describe the color exactly as the manufacturer has, so that there is no question. If you need further information about the color of the item you are interested in, please contact us and supply us with the item number.

There is a clothing item on the site I wish to purchase, but I don't see my size/color. Is it available?
The site shows only the colors and sizes currently in stock. Once a particular color or size is sold out, that option is removed from the product page. Check back often though, as our stock of women's clothing and juniors apparel is always changing.
